ruptured capillaries inside of eye from untreated diabetes that can result in progressive vision loss
Ectropion
eversion of the eyelid (turns outward)
Entropion
inversion of the eyelid
Glaucoma

Hordeolum
(sty) inflammation of an oil gland in eyelid
Macular Degeneration
Progressive, age related deterioration of the macula
Retractive Disorders
disorders from irregularly shaped cornea or lens that affects the way light enters the eye and also shape the eye

Choelesteatoma
A cyst in the middle ear consisting of skin cells and cerumen. Can damage ossicles without tx
Conductive deafness
Hearing impairment resulting from inadequate sound-wave conduction from the outer ear to the ossicles of the middle ear
Nerve deafness
Deafness from damage to the cochlea or the auditory nerve.
Impacted cerumen
Earwax inside the ear that can lead to infection or hearing loss.
Ménière’s disease
Back up of fluid in cochlea and canals producing vertigo
Vertigo
dizziness
Tinnitus
ringing in the ears
Otitis Media
“ear infection” tx is antibiotic or possibly “tubes”
