What does the overriding objective include?
A
Enabling the court to deal with cases justly and at proportionate cost which includes as far as possible
- Ensuring both parties on equal fitting

- Dealing with cases in a way that is proportionate to the amount of money involved, the importance of the case m, the complexity of the issues and the financial position of each party
