1. Bind to Cl part on lumen side of Na/K/2Cl symporter in Ascending Loop of Henle. Increases [Na] in lumen
2. Congestive H.F. - Dogs
Racehorse - b4 race to decrease weight, as well as to help prevent exercise induced pulmonary hemorrhage
