1. Bind to Cl part on lumen side of Na/K/2Cl symporter in Ascending Loop of Henle. Increases [Na] in lumen
2. Congestive H.F. - Dogs

- Used with Furosemide to help reduce K loss caused by furosemide

- Can be used with furosemide to help prevent hypokalemia
