What is the first step of doffing PPE
Take off your gloves. Pinch the edge of your gloves and take of the glove. Bunch up the glove put it in your other hand and pull the edge of the other glove
What comes after taking your gloves off
Untie your gown at the waist
What comes after unting your gown at the waist
Untie your gown at the neck
What comes after unting your gown at the neck
Lean forward, grab the inside of your gown at the neck and slowly pull away from you
What comes after slowly pulling the gown away from you
Continue leaning forward and pull your arms out. Roll up the gown away from you
What comes after rolling up the gown
Put the gown in the laundry basket
What comes after putting the gown in the laundry basket
Perform hand hygiene
What comes after performing hand hygiene
Slightly lean forward and remove eye protection
What comes after taking off eye protection
Place the dirty eye protection in the container for cleaning
What comes after putting your eye protection in the container
Slightly lean forward and remove mask
What comes after removing your mask
Throw out your mask and perform hand hygiene
