you must reclculate the total mls remaining over the number of hours that the original order stated
divide the remaining volume by the remaining hours and that is your recalculated ml/h
do the v/txc=gtt/min
adjusted gtt minus ordered gtt/min divided by ordered gtt/min= the % variation
