- Indication: Severe Yang Ming Fu organ (heat accumulation in the ST/LI) syndrome
- Sx: Severe constipation and flatulence, focal/abdominal distention and fullness, abdominal pain that increases with pressure w/ a tense and hard abdomen, tense/full abdomen, possible - tidal fever, unconsciousness, delerium, diarrhea that is clear, watery and green
- Fx: Vigorously purge heat acumulation
- T: Red body, dry yellow or black coating with prickles
- P: Submerged/Excess or Deep, Slippery, Forceful
