Q

PURLS

A

Unique to Analogue. A very old and obscure British technique of adding wormwood to beer. Ours are a three-part mixture of fruit, spice and bitter. We then add a few dashes of wormwood tincture to give the drink a lingering bitter finish before topping it with Kulmbacher, a clean German Pilsner. The beer adds effervescence and a touch of sweetness.
