Long Island Iced Tea
1/2 oz Triple Sec 1/2 oz light rum 1/2 oz gin 1/2 oz vodka 1/2 oz tequila 1 oz sour mix Cola Lemon wedge for garnish. ***Shake***

3/4 oz Vodka 3/4 oz Midori melon liqueur 3/4 oz Chambord 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice 1 1/2 oz cranberry juice
Mix well and pour over ice

2 oz premium lemon vodka
1/2 oz triple sec
3/4 oz cranberry juice
1/4 to 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1 2-inch orange peel/twist

2 oz Absolut Citron 1 oz Cointreau or triple sec 1 splash fresh lime juice 1 splash orange juice Sugar & orange slice for garnish Shake in a shaker. Rim a glass with sugar and serve on the rocks. Garnish w orange slice

3 oz Ketel One Citron 1 oz Watermelon Pucker 1/2 oz Cointreau or triple sec 1 splash lemonade 1 splash 7-Up Watermelon slice for garnish
Alabama Slammer
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur 1/2 oz Southern Comfort peach liqueur 1/2 oz sloe gin 1 splash orange juice 1 splash sweet & sour mix Shake and garnish orange/cherry flag
Amaretto Sour
1 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1 - 2 splashes sweet & sour mix
Pour the amaretto into shaker half filled w ice cubes. Add sweet and sour mix and shake well. Strain and pour into old fashioned glass. Orange cherry flag for garnish
Bloody Mary
1 oz Smirnoff no 21 vodka 3 oz tomato juice 2 red hot sauce 2 green hot sauce 1 dash Worcestershire sauce 1/2 oz lemon juice Pinch salt Pinch pepper Stalk Celery, Collins Glass, Old Bay rim, lime shrimp optional
Black Russian
3/4 oz coffee liqueur
1 1/2 oz vodka
Pour ingredients over ice cubes in old fashioned glass and serve
Rocks glass ice
Dirty Martini
2 1/2 oz gin
1 splash olive juice
Use mixing glass with ice pour gin and splash of olive juice from jar or fruit tray. Shake or stir does not matter. Strain into Martini glass. Garnish with at least 3 olives
Vodka Martini
1 1/2 oz vodka
3/4 oz dry vermouth
Shake vodka and vermouth together with several ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into cocktail glass garnish w an olive and serve,
French Martini
1 1/2 oz vodka
1/4 oz Chambord
1/4 oz fresh pineapple juice
1 twist lemon peel
Pour into tall glass Shake with ice, pour into cocktail or martini glass and serve
White Russian
2 oz vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur
Light cream
Pour vodka and coffee liq ove ice cubes in old fashioned glass. Fill w light cream and serve

1 1/2 oz vodka
4 oz cranberry juice
Combine in highball glass with ice. Garnish with a wedge of lime and serve.
Lynchburg Lemonade
1 part Jack Daniels Tennessee whiskey
1 part sweet and sour mix
1 part triple sec
4 parts Sprite soda
Collins glass with ice, orange/cherry
Malibu Bay Breeze
1 1/2 oz Malibu coconut rum
2 oz cranberry juice
2 oz pineapple juice

6 oz champagne
1/2 oz triple sec

2 oz Bacardi Limon Rum
1/2 oz Lime Juice
Fresh Mint
Sierra Mist, Sprite, or 7 Up
Muddle mint and 2 pieces of lime
Fill glass with ice and rum - Shake
Top with Sprite/7-Up
Mudslide
1 oz vodka
1 oz creme de cafe
1/2 oz Bailey’s
2 oz ice cream base/milk
Fill blender with ice, pour all ingredients over ice and blend. Line glass with chocolate syrup and top with whipped cream
Planters Punch
1 oz Rum 1/2 oz Mt. Gay Dark Rum Orange Juice Pineapple Juice Cranberry Juice Splash of grenadine
Mix and shake in Mason Jar, top w 1/2 oz Myers Rum floater
Dirty Banana
1 oz Dark Creme de Cacao
1 oz Banana Liquor
1/2 banana and/or Banana Mix
Fill blender with ice, pour all ingredients over ice and blend.
Line glass with chocolate syrup and top with whipped cream
Goombay Smash
1 1/2 oz Coconut Rum
1/2 oz 151 rum
Goombay Mix
Mix and shake in Mason Jar
Grapefruit Crush
1 1/2 oz Ruby Red Vodka
1/2 oz Triple Sec
Fresh squeezed grapefruit
Splash of Sierra Mist
Pour ingredients into Mason Jar over ice and shake
