Salbutamol dosages and routes
Neb: 5mg for ages greater than 1 year Neb: 2.5mg for ages less than 1 year MDI: 4x100mcg as required SHAKE EVERY TIME. Pediatrics 10-20kgs 5x100mcg Pediatrics greater than 20kgs 10x100mcg. Both may be repeated to a maximum of 3 times.

-Major trauma patients after initiation of hypovolemia protocol - Signs of shock associated with findings suggestive of ongoing or occult bleeding

Tranexamic Acid contraindications
-known hypersensitivity or allergy -If time is greater than three hours since injury -Patients less than 12 years of age. -isolated TBIs Medical oversight is required for: Postpartum hemorrhage and epistaxis.

Tranexamic Acid dosage and route
1g infused in a 50ml bag of NS piggybacked. Delivered at a rate of 60gtts per minute.
