How to prove possession of a controlled drug offence.

A
  • 0.5g of cocaine or heroin
  • 5g of morphine
  • 5g of methanhetamine
  • 5g and MDMA
  • 100 Cannabis Cigarettes
  • 28g of cannabis plant material

A prosecution, generally, is based on the amount of material found. But mostly additional evidence is required, such as admission or also having scales in possession or packaging material or a large amount of cash.
