toaclatic- 0.25mg of tributaline subcutaneous to slow down labour
IV Ranitidine 50mg if section imminent or
Sodium citrate 30mls oral

Eclamptic seizure

Answer 4

4g magnesium sulphate over 5-15mins
followed by 1g/hr IVI for 24hrs
IV heart and maintenance line slow
50mg IV labetalol over 5mins
Followed by ivi labetalol 50mg/hr
Recurrent seizure bolus 2g of magnesium sulphate and increase rate of infusion to 1.5-2g/hr
If magnesium toxicity- calcium gluconate 1g IV over 3mins
