A

Where a MOPF has SORG that a drug of dependance is:

  • on or in a Vehicle in a public place
  • in the possession of a Person in a public place
  • on an Animal in a public place
  • on or in a boat or vessel
  • on or in an aircraft

The MOPF may search and seize the DOD or any instrument or device in which he reasonably believes is capable of being used in the preparation, manafacture or sale of any DOD.
