A

Anaphylaxis OR severe allergic reaction
Severe life-threatening bronchospasm OR silent chest
Bradycardia with poor perfusion
Cardiac arrest
Croup (with stridor)
Shock unresponsive to adequate fluid resus (excluding haemorrhagic cause)
