What I saw you do well was being highly considerate of me as an online student, making me feel very much a part of the group. Character traits that I noticed in you are humility and honesty. Moving forward I hope you will remember that you are a capable and skilled group facilitator because you are thoughtful and caring and not heavy-handed in your approach.

1) Dustin you did a great job in bringing outside perspective to the tasks, when you led. You’re experiences in life have helped you become a leader who is relate able to those on the outside and those within our faith.
2) I also liked how you showed humility when in disagreement with opinions.
3) Remember to develop and grow in that humility!

I really appreciated how you were a mediator. Not in a way that you had to stop fighting or anything. Just that you did a great job trying to make sure that we were all interacting with each other, and you tried to bring our thoughts together. I also really enjoyed how you brought your thoughts and opinions to help us see a different perspective.

Your patience and understanding stands out. I appreciate your consistency, it brings a calmness to the experience that few others are able to contribute. Remember that your influence and leadership will bring direction and support to many.
