What is newtons 2nd law?
an unbalanced force acting upon an object will cause it to accelerate
what is Newton’s first law?
that an object will remain at rest or travel at a constant speed unless an unbalanced force is acted on it
what is newtons 3rd law?
that if an object applies a force on another object, the 2nd object will apply an equal but opposite force
what is terminal velocity?
the maximum velocity of a falling object

the amount of matter within an object
what does the weight of an object mean?
the force due to gravity on a mass
what is meant by a scalar?
magnitude (size) only
