  • secondary Dysmenorrhoea
  • pain increases on onset of (uteral substance discharge)
  • women >30 years with new or worsening symptoms

  • GI events (peptic ulcers, GI bleeding)
  • severe heart failure/ liver disease
  • previous stroke
  • anticoagulants
