When Jesus rose from the dead, 3 days after the crucifixion
What is Authority?
To have the power or right to make decisions
What is an Apostle?
An important Christian follower
Who was Peter?
Jesus chose him to be the leader of the Church and he was the Catholics first Pope
What is a leader?
Someone who has the highest authority
What is the Holy Spirit?
Part of the Trinity, Jesus sent it to help them and be with them
What is Pentecost?
The moment when Jesus gave the disciples and the Early Church the Holy Spirit
What is a Christian?
Someone who follows Jesus and His teachings
What is the Early Church communities?
The first Christian church in the book of Acts
What is Healing?
To restore someone’s body or mind when they are sick or ill
What is the Book of Acts?
Part of the New Testament. Tells the story about Early Church communities
What is persecution?
Ill-treatment because of race, political and religious beliefs
What is a Martyr?
Someone who dies or is killed because of their faith
What is a Sanhedrin?
Supreme council of the Jews at the time of Jesus
