What are the five categories of driver that police can breath test?

A

Section 68 1 a - driving or attempting to drive a motor vehicle.

1) . Any driver of a motor vehicle on any road.
2) . Any person attempting to drive a motor vehicle on any road.

68 1 b - offence against LTA.
3). Any person you have GCTS has recently committed an offence against road safety provisions of the LTA 1998 that involves the driving of a vehicle.

68 1 c - motor accident.

4) . A driver of a motor vehicle involved in a motor accident.
5) . Where the driver is not known you have GCTS passengers in a motor vehicle involved in a motor accident.
