Q

The example from the book about astrophysics and astrology?

A

Astrophysicist– derive info from the stars
astrologers- derive and disseminate misinformation,
but if everyone was given the same info, then astrologers would abandon and become astronomers
BUT this is not happening because astrophysics keeps getting developed and yet astrologers are still here, so this defies the naive view of information
the key factor is how many believe the idea or whatever
