Different animals and plants will live in different biomes depending on the pempurature, climate and how the soil is

Epiphyte- Reach sunlight quickly and without competition(high on tree)
Lianas-Rapid growth up existing trunk to reach sunlight
Buttress roots-shallow roots to capture nutrients close to surface
Drip till leaves- prevents mould growth
Dark leaves on forest floor- absorb more light

What problems do invasive species cause? Give example

Hippo- no predators to hunt them and kill them, territoral species so will attack human, people feed hippos, cannot sterilise them and relocate them because expensive, dont want to kill them either
