Conservative if beta HCG is <1500 and dropping, <35mm and no heartbeat and stable

Medical management - methotrexate - pain free, cant try to get pregnant in the next 3 months, need to have follow up

Surgical - salpingectomy or salpingostomy if there is damage to other tube and want to preserve fertility
