make sure you promote your program based of your user group, and identify the issue you want to address .

these are frequent users, they may know how to use the facility ,know first aid,know what to do and how to use equipment, they should be updated with safety practices

neverr or infrequent use a facility or activity resource,they require an education program thats starts from the beginning and take them through every step, outline sfaety protocols and they may benefit from a face to face

these are individuals watching the event, they may require information accessing and using resources as well as safety infomation , where toilets and food and waster are and also what to do in emergency situation .

are papered information about the program , they can be time consuming to make but they can be effective, it is important their to the point

this is an audiovisaul component , it can be tough to make , it is a show free from distractions, it can be engaging to the watches

these are used to convey information and provide instruction, rthey shpould have minimal info and be clear and easy to see, they should be displayed in a safe and appropriate place.
formal presentations
when the user group attends a location on a specific date and time to listen to a speaker , talking about the use of facility or activity resource. they can include multi media, interaction , presentsation , it may be time consuming to people but could have strong benefits
social media
is a quick online way to get info accross, it may be easy but can rule out a number of clients
an email is a direct inbox to a client and is cost effective but can rule out some clients especially older.

aim(goal issue), user group(who are they what are their needs), strategy to adress the issue( what you have decoded to do ) , educational materials (content of your program ), what presentation technique , equipment and resources needed , promotion , contingencies and evaluation.

every educational program should have contingencies in planning think what could go wrong and outine any modifications you could make . During the program you should be prepared for contingencies
what is a target user group
the group that yopu want to aim your program at you shoulkd be aware of people such as older adults , cultural background,linguistic background ,children , disability needs and learning difficulties.

consider what mode to useto convey your message , electronic dont , flyers can be placed in thei letter boxes or posters inside an RSL , make sure its readable to them.

the language that they speak and their ability to speak the language and comprehend it, plan and prepare in further native languages, subtitles , translators present,photos
cultural background
be culturally sensitive to all, ensure different languages are accurate.
