Supervisor upon becoming aware of member requests assistance for problem shall
Advise members of all options availablendod assistance including efap provider
Permit member call call efap subject to ops requirements
Follow up as necessary with the member for support and encouragement
When reporting sick to mas and voicemail left

When absent from work due to illness 14 days or more or if restrictions are required shall
