A

Tapping can calm it down and saying stressful things while tapping seems to assist with rewiring.

How does tapping effect the limbic system?

A

retrains it as to what should be considered dangerous or stressful. Tapping as you trigger your flight or fight response sends a message to the amygdala that it can deactivate even though the stressful thought is still there.

  1. What is the issue. get as specific as possible. 2. Rate your SUDS. 3. Craft your set up statement: even though __, I love and accept myself. Tap three times on karate chop point. 4. Tap through the 8 point sequence. Rerate, repeat as needed
