What is the difference between upper and lower Egypt?
Lower Egypt had a red crown, meanwhile Upper Egypt had a white cone shaped crown that resembles a bowling pin. Lower Egypt is north while upper is south, due to the rivers flow.

What are some reasons why the Nile river is important to Egypt?
- The Nile is one of the, if not the only source of water, which leads to agriculture and an abundance of food, which brings along a stable food supply, a sign of civilization.
- The Nile predictably flooded, bringing a rich silt to the soil, which also led to amazing agriculture.
- The Nile was a great way of transportation.
