In your closing paragraph you passure your reader to agree with you or take some action

A cessation at the end of a paper for important data, graphics, photos, carts, etc

When you write a quotation in your own words to simply or summarize, so do not include quotation marks

Using someone else’s ideas, opinions, research without crediting them
Plagiarism
Info. other people have complained in books, periodicals, websites
Second hand evidence
Sentence preceding a quote that sets up the reader to understand the quote
Signal sentence
A word or phrase that is indicated to the reader a new point or a shift in your writing
Transition phrase
A quotation you extract from a article in a word for word fashion
Direct quotation
A statement that is direct opposite of your thesis
Antithesis
The standard way to organize your use of text evidence. Or, paragraphing embedded text evidence
IDEA
The “idea” =the topic, point example of this paragraph
The “I” (Green) in IDEA
“Develop”” = provide text and context details about your ideas/point of paragraph
The “D” (Orange) in IDEA
“Evidence” = The direct quote paraphrase that you’re using as support or proof of your idea/point of this paragraph
The “E” (Blue) in IDEA
“Analysis” = explain how and why the quote proves and supports your idea/point of this paragraph
