Elbow flexed @ 25 degrees; ask patient to flex wrist & perform break test.
(+) sharp pain on lateral side; (+) for tennis elbow

Elbow flexed @ 25 degrees w/ forearm supinated, passively take patient’s wrist into extension.
(+) pain over the medial epicondyle a.k.a. golfer’s elbow
