Vulnerable adult is a person age 60 or older (& 18YO or older with disability) who is being abused neglected or exploited.

age, social isolation, extreme dependence and failty, severe mental and/or physical illness, female gender, low to modest financial resources

Behavioral: delay between onset of injury and seeking medical care. Victims are often taken to different medical facilities for tx.
