Soteriology

Doctrine
The written body of teachings of a religious group that are generally accepted by that group. Religious doctrine, creed, gospel.

Common Grace
Common Grace is the grace of God but which He gives people innumerable blessings that are not a part of salvation.
Saving Grace
In distinction from common grace, the grace of God that brings people to salvation is often called.
Regeneration
A new birth; a new beginning.
Justification
Right legal standing.
Adoption
Membership in God’s family.
Sanctification
Set apart as or declared holy; right conduct of life.
Glorification
Receiving a resurrected body.
Reprobation
Is the sovereign decision of God before creation to pass over some persons, in sorrow decided not to save them.
Antinomianism
one who holds that under the gospel dispensation of grace (see grace) the moral law is of no use or obligation because faith alone is necessary to salvation
