In a series circuit, the total current is the same as the current in any of the individual components
What is current in a parallel circuit ?
In a parallel circuit, the total current is equal to the sum of the current in each of the individual branches.( split at branches )
What is voltage in a series circuit ?
In series circuits the voltage was shared between the components
What’s the voltage in a parallel circuit ?
In parallel circuits, every single component gets the full, maximum voltage
