Static Electricity Definition
In static electricity, an electric charge builds up and then can rapidly move from one location to another in static discharge.
Electric Current/Flow Definition
A flow of charge (not very indepth sorry)
What does an Electric Current need to flow?
Something to provide the electricity (battery, power pack), a complete path for the current to flow - altogether, these two, or more, things are called an electric current.
What is the difference between Static Electricity & Electric Current/Flow?
In Electric Current: charges are constantly flowing/dynamic.
In Static Electricity: charges gather, then rest.
What are some safety precautions for Electric Practicals?
Your circuit must be away from water.
You must wear safety glasses.
You should only use direct current.
