What is the difference between series and parallel circuits?
A
Parallel consists of two or more loops/branches of wire, series one consists of one.

What is an electric current?
A
Flow of electrical charge around a circuit.

What is an ohmic conductor?
A
Some resistors have a fixed value that doesn’t depend on the current flowing through the circuit.

What is a non-ohmic conductor?
A
Resistance of components (e.g. lamps, diodes, thermistors and LDRs) isn’t constant. Changes with current through the component.
