Each parent needs to earn no more then 100,000 pre year and 16 hours on national minimum wage

Strengths - small numbers, development of relationships
Weaknesses - no cover if child minder is sick, limited resources

Strengths- more socialization due to larger groups, more resources
Weaknesses - room transitions can be hard, more children pre key worker
