Mobility
Recorded in RED in Roman Numerals above or below the root of the tooth N=normal 1=slight mobility, greater than normal 2=moderate mobility, greater than 1mm of displacement 3= severe mobility, tooth moves vertically and is depressible in the tooth socket (Robinson, 2024). Mobility can be charted at the root of the tooth or there may be a specific line on the periodontal chart.
