What is the working time directive ( time working )
People cant be expected to work for more than 48 hours a week ( they can choose to work longer)

People under the age of 18 cant work more than 8 hours a say ( 40 hours a week)
What is the working time directive ( days off )
People must have 1 day off ork each week . If they have 6 or more hours a day , they must have a rest break of atleast 20 minutes

Money given to someone by a customer to say thank you for good service
What are service charges?
An amount of money added to a customer’s bill to reward the employees who have given the customer good service
What is bonus payment?
Given by some employers to reward their staff for their hard work during the year
What is remuneration?
Term used for the reward that people receive from working somewhere
