ECHO (trans thoracic and trans oesophageal )
FBC
Blood cultures
How would endocarditis be treated?
With antibiotics and possibly with surgery (e.g valve replacement)

Staphylococcus Aureus
Name some culture negative causative organisms for endocarditis
Coxiella Burnetti, Legionella, Chlamydia, HACEK organisms
