What are the Nadis

A

Ida Nadi - left nostril and dominates the right brain , introverted
Pengali Nadi - right nostril and dominates the left brain , extroverted

When both ida and pengali Nadis are flow together and purified / balanced - susamna Nadi emerges/stimulated. Susumna Nadi starts from sacrum and rises from spinal column to top of the head.

All Nadis Originates from Muladhara chakra - the root of the reproductive systems
