Q

What is the engine stability control system

A

6th-9th stage compressor stators are variable stator vanes adjusted thoughout the entire flight envelope by the stator vane actuator. Failure of the SVA system will cause engine stability and thrust anomolies. (STABILITY ENG X/EEC FAULT X)
