Thought to be related to HLA-B27 gene on the outside of white blood cells

This protein can cause your immune system to attack healthy cells in your joints creating an autoimmune response

– frequent diarrhoea
– weight loss

Arthritis symptoms:
– usually affect arms and legs but sometimes can include your spine:
