does work. Don´t take it personally.

Win-Win principle in all scenarios all the time

A

1) Combine interests & frame it as win-win situations
2) What is there in it for them?
3) Choose to engage or not based on win-win principle
- -> Is this a win-win-win project or solution? If NOT, I go to another project.

Win for employees
Win for company
Win for the government
Win for the world

Win-loose - do it, because I want it.
Win-win - explain them, why they should march into the battle with You. Satisfaction etc.

Look, here is, what we are doing. I want to change this and this is one thing in it for You. This will bring You new knowledge and fun.

How to efficiently meet people?

A

A) Take notes & organise them –> Help expend Your network.
–> budeš si více pamatovat, jak Ti pomohou.
B) Jak jsi je potkal?
C) Co je na nich zajímavého.
D) Napiš vše na business kartu
E) Odpověď hned, když jsi je potkal.
F) Kdo Tě seznámil? Kde? Kdy? Co dělají? Jaké mají členy rodiny?
–> 3 or 4 lines.
G) Komu Tě představili?
H) Sami se Tě zeptají na Tebe. Soustřeď se, aby sis je pamatoval.

Contacts follow-up

A

A) Bez kontaktu na Tebe zapomenou. Většina lidí nenásleduje.
B) Vytvořit si organizační schopnosti, aby jsi s lidmi spolupracoval. Lidé si Tě budou pamatovat. Protože jsi 1/10.
C) Kontaktuj je 2-3 krát.
D) It was nice meeting You at xyz. I had the idea about. Send LinkedIN request.
F) Facebook request, pokud sis s ním skutečně rozuměl. 80% lidí odpoví. Pokud by jsi měl čas, můžeme zajít na čaj.
Nezáleží na tom, jaký jsi extrovert, pokud jsi neodpověděl. Follow-up is incredibly important.

Jak začínají krachy firem?

A

People stop eating their dog food –> Companies stop making money.
- Do you read mail lists?
- Je do nich zahrnuta rodina?
- pokud vyrábít jídlo pro psy, měl by jsi ho jíst sám.
Popros kamarády, aby Ti dali otevřený feedback.
- nedeleguj tolik. Dělej věci sám.
- sežen si další telefon a sleduj své inzeráty. Máš tam chyby? Jsi ve feedech? –> Fix it now. (Strange wordings in sms)
Do NOT go the way of DODO bird.
- netestovali své vlastní produkty.
- dívej se na customer support (1 x za měsíc)
- přestaň spoléhat na další lidi.

1) Return on tangible assets (- intangible, goodwill)
2) Return on capital invested
3) Obrat pohledávek
4) Total unique visitors per day
5) Time on site (10 sec is NOT a lot or You have garbage traffic)
6) Mailing list
- growth rate
- status
- subscribe / unsubscribe
- sms list
7) Gross margin
8) Net margin
9) Happiness KPIs - v jakém jsi stresu? Co se dnes špatného stane? Vzrušuje Tě byznys? (1-10) 1-10, how good do You think he is? Turn it to KPIs! 1-10 framework. 10 is like, he spends 10 mil. on Facebooks ads. He is ten, how good are You? Use ratios.

Co si o Tobě ostatní lidé myslí není tak důležité.
