A

“It’s a favourite haunt of women of the town” (Act 2)

exemplifies intersectional misogyny focusing on the dehumanising women from the proletariat. Quote is emblematic of how social class and gender intersect to create a remorseless cycle of exploitation within capitalist system.

euphemism reflects how men of the Bourgeois seek to uphold a facade/veneer of propriety, while engaging in exploitation they pretend to condemn.
