31
Dry Motoring Limits
1 - 90 seconds ON, 5 minutes OFF 2-5 30 seconds ON, 5 Minutes OFF After 5 sequential attempts, the process may be repeated following a 15 minute cool down period
32
Can you take off without ATTCS armed? | What do you do if it's armed on take off but it doesn't activate?
No, abort the takeoff

35
Min fuel temp
-37ºC
36
Can you take off with the FUEL IMBALANCE EICAS message? When will the EICAS message populate? When will it extinguish?
Yes. As long as the imbalance does not exceed 794 lbs | The EICAS message illuminates at 800 lbs and will extinguish at 100
37
Can you land with the Fuel Crossfeed On?
No - it must be off for takeoff and landing. This is essential when we do Single engine approaches and missed approaches
38
How long after establish power to the aircraft do you need to wait to start the APU? How long can you leave the aircraft with the APU running?
30 seconds - after verifying there are no fire protection faults 5 minutes
39
APU Start Cycle
1&2 6 seconds off | 3 - 5 minutes off

49
After selecting reverse thrust, what do you need to see in order to move the thrust reversers back into the forward range?
REV in amber or green
50
When is use of the thrust reversers prohibited?
During normal taxi and for power back
51
When do you need to select Anti Ice to Engine? When are the bleeds providing Anti Ice to the engines?
When the outside air temperature is between 5-10ºC and visible moisture up to 1700 AFE, or when operating on ramps, taxiways or runways with surface snow, ice, standing water, or slush that may be ingested by or freeze on the engines, nacelles or sensor probes. Anti Ice is provided on engine start.
52
When do you need to select Anti Ice to ALL? When are the bleeds providing Anti Ice to the engines and the wings?
Anti Ice needs to be set to all when the OAT is less that 5ºC and visible moisture up to 1700 AFE, or when operating on ramps, taxiways or runways where surface snow, ice ,standing water or slush may be ingested by or freeze on the engines or probes. Engine anti ice turns on with engine start; the engine bleeds are commanded open and heat the 3 outboard leading edges of the wings when wheel speed is above 40 kts.
53
