A

Loss of the critical mass, people have moved elsewhere, There is no renewal of the english population. the middle class is missing (either you are really poor or really rich). Less access to insitutions / education.

Anglophones becomes a vulnerable minority.

A

Bill 101 actually forced anglophones to develop an identity on their own, building a network among themselves. It allowed them to develop a sense of belonging with the cost of being a minority.
