I would discuss my life experiences and how I grew from them while also pointing out that leadership is developed over a lifetime. To have this leadership style you must be able to establish trust in others and demonstrate self-discipline. Talk about how leadership can developed over time.

If I was going to give a seminar on giving feedback I would say that it is absolutely necessary. If you don’t know how you’re doing, you can’t know if you’ve reached your goal(s). To create effective leadership you need 360 feedback/surveys, and you need to set goals in response to that feedback. People prefer negative feedback over no feedback at all. Makes it easier to improve. When giving feedback, have a clear purpose, give it in an appropriate context, and use proper noverbal signs. Offer to help and use positive criticism when possible.

I would say my leadership style is authentic because I feel that I have strong values about the right thing to do. I also act from the heart and am good at creating trust between myself and others.
