1. Statement of organizational values written in practical terms.
2. Statement of each employee’s ethical responsibilities that are reflected in the regular performance review.
3. Proof of training for employees.
4. Evidence of enforcement by senior management. I.e.:
   - Consequensens of violations
   - Means of dealing with violation
   - Visible support in case of doubt
   - Confidential communication
5. No reprisals for whistleblowers (e.g. mediator, ombudsman)
6. Internal audit
