(Social)

A

Consent- No as participants thought it was about punishment and learning not obedience.
Deception- ppts were deceived as they did not know that the learner was a confederate and not being shocked or what the study was actual about.
Confidentiality- we don’t know who any participants are however videos of the original study still exist.
Debrief- ppts were debriefed after the study (however not instantly).
Withdrawal- Able to withdraw however only after the 5 prods.
Protection from harm- No protection, real shocks and stress (biting nails).
