The hidden, unconscious and unintended discrimination embedded in admissions & opportunity policy, the marketing of the school, the curriculum and staffing.

E.g the Christian holidays are in line with school holidays and focus on white leaders in history

Demonised pupil - Wc hyper sexualised, deemed unintelligent, peer led, culturally deprived and perpetual underachievers, often students are treated this way by the label and have a sfp
