Warenghem Distillery
- Founded in Lannoin in 1983 by Gilles Leizour
- Needed to diversify his core business of mead, liqueurs and apple brandy
- Using existing stills - blended whisky was released in 1987
- In 1994 they added Scottish-style Pots made in Charante and made Armorik Single Malt in 1998
- Focused on clear wort, different yeasts and tighter cuts resulting in extra fruits
- Aging is mainly in ex Bourbon with some oloroso and STR
La Mine d’Or Distillery
- Founded in 2016 by Stehane Kerdode
- Near the Broceliande Forest, famed in Arthurian legend (distiller’s whiskey Galaad is Breton for Galahad)
- Unpeated French barley
- Wort split between stainless (5-6 days) and French Oak (4 days)
- Two different still designs
- First still is direct-fired lamp glass with long downward lyne arm and worms - gives oily fruity new make
- Second still is a Stupfer hybrid pot and linked column that runs in a single pass to a worm
- French oak casks and ex-Cognac, Acacia, Chestnut and Cherry
Celtic Whisky Distillerie
- Founded by Jean Donnay in 1997 it was originally called Glann ar Mor distillery
- Renamed Celtic Whisky Distillere - Glann ar Mor is now one of its brands
- Maris Otter barley
- Direct fired stills
- Run slow with condensing in worms
- Seashore location gives an undoubted salinity to unpeated Glann are Mor and peated Kornog Roc’h Hir

- Family began distilling lambig (apple brandy) in 1920s
- Makes Breton whiskey with buckwheat
- Yields are very low

Alsace IGP for Whisky
- Can only be made from non-GMO malted barley, yeast, and aged in oak casks less than 700L for a minimum of three years in an unheated cellar
- Other woods can be used after three years

- Another producer diversifying from eau-de-vie
- Began to distill in 2011 in collaboration with local Meteor brewery
- Unpeated, smoked, and peated malts distilled in Holstein column stills

- Core is Svensk Ek (aged in Virgin Swedish Oak), Svensk Rok (Swedish peat with juniper) and the original Brukswhisky - now a vintage release
