Failure to bring up a defence in police station which you bring up at trial

Failt to account for substance, object or mark
- no reasonable explanatio for the mark that will stand up to questioning
S37 Inference
Failure to account for presence
- no reasonable explanation for the presence that will stand up to questioning
S35 Inference
