Supporting pupils at school with medical conditions what it is?

A

Guidance for schools and early years and should refer to eyfs. The main purpose is about ensuring that pupils with medical conditions are properly supported and cared alongside their education. They children may be vulnerable due to their conditions and there may be social and emotional implications for them, if their needs are complex. Safeguarding policy should highlight staff responsibilities and procedures for implementing and reviewing healthcare plans.
